Job Title : Accounts Executive (Export experience for goods is must)

Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the company’s financial records, statutory compliances, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and government filings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all financial records are updated on time.
- Handle export documentation including invoices, shipping bills, and bank-related documentation.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Process and manage monthly salary calculations and payroll-related compliance.
- Generate MIS reports to support management with accurate financial insights.
- Reconcile accounts, manage payables and receivables, and assist in periodic audits.
- (Optional) Manage and maintain accounting data using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and reporting.Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho / Excel and accounting principles.Familiarity with GST, TDS, and payroll compliances.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.Preferred Skills :
