Job description
  • Develop, write, and edit user guides, manuals, and other technical content for BID products.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other collaborators to collect information and guarantee the accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Ensure all documents align with company standards, business unit requirements, and industry standard processes.
  • Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and overall quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation.
  • Maintain a repository of technical guides and templates for future use.

    • Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Bioscience, English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in technical writing, preferably in the bioscience industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documents.
    • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and standards.
    • Proficiency with XML authoring software (Oxygen, SDL Publication Manager, or similar) using a content management system.
    • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work effectively independently as well as with diverse teams and subject matter experts.
    • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to undergo necessary training.

      • Skills and Proficiencies :

    • Experience with required software (, CCMS, RFPIO).
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, including a strong grasp of grammar and style.
    • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly language.
    • Understanding of the target audience and ability to adapt content accordingly.
