Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves working closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, providing product information, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
