Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting with sales efforts, providing excellent customer service, participating in training sessions, and supporting sales management. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, conducting market research, managing social media accounts, and contributing to marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and experience in Sales Management
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Relevant experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
