The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the future by driving strategic hiring initiatives across corporate, sales, service, and leadership functions. This is a senior mandate requiring someone with deep industry knowledge, proven TA leadership, and the ability to align hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce Planning : Partner with the CHRO and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational growth and transformation goals.
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership : Lead sourcing, assessments, interview design, selection, and offer management for a wide spectrum of roles – from frontline to leadership.
- Industry Talent Mapping : Build talent pipelines for automotive and mobility sector roles, including new-age skills (EV, digital mobility, aftersales, etc.).
- Employer Branding : Position the client as an employer of choice in the auto sector through digital branding, employee advocacy, and campus engagement.
- TA Process Excellence : Implement best practices in TA operations, leveraging ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and technology-driven sourcing.
- Team Development : Build and mentor a strong TA team, driving performance, accountability, and capability development.
- Diversity & Inclusion : Promote inclusive hiring practices, ensuring a diverse workforce that reflects client's customer base and values.
- Vendor & Campus Partnerships : Manage recruitment partners and strengthen relationships with technical institutes, B-schools, and universities for sustainable talent pipelines.
- Compliance & Governance : Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, labor regulations, and industry compliance standards.
Qualification & Experince
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.Prior experience in Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering sectors is highly desirable.Strong track record of closing leadership, niche, and volume roles.Proficiency in recruitment technologies, digital sourcing, and employer branding.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
