We seek a highly meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Quality Analyst for our Academic Content Team in the Learning & Development Department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of educational materials designed for students and learners in the field of digital marketing and the Bachelors in Digital Business (BDB) program.
You will review and enhance presentation decks, quizzes, assignment briefs, videos, live sessions, etc. The candidate should possess experience in educational content development, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with faculty members to design and revise the BDB curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and meets the needs of students.
- Oversee the quality of content created for the Bachelors in Digital Business (BDB) program and ensure alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP).
- Conduct thorough reviews of presentation decks, quizzes, assignment briefs, videos, live sessions, etc. to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives
- Identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in content to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with content creators and instructors to address feedback and implement improvements
- Attend live sessions to check if the processes set for it are being followed correctly or not
- Provide input on content enhancements and modifications based on quality assessments
- Generate regular reports highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to address concerns and share insights
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and educational best practices
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the quality of learning materials
- Contribute to the development of standardized quality assurance processes
- Conduct thorough plagiarism checks using appropriate tools to ensure the originality and integrity of certain documents
Requirements
Any graduate / post-graduate with any specialization but a B.Ed. / M.Ed. degree is preferredA detailed knowledge of National Education Policy(NEP)Prior experience in academic administration, program coordination, or related roles.Familiarity with academic systems and processesProficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suiteExperience doing research using multiple sourcesExcellent writing and editing skills in EnglishFamiliarity with marketing web publicationsAttention to detail, ability to multitask & meet deadlinesKnowledge of Digital Marketing concepts(not mandatory but preferred)Preference will be given to candidates who have served as university professors for 2-5 years
