Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled n8n Automation & AI Workflow Specialist to lead our automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in n8n, Azure deployments, and AI-driven automation to develop robust, reusable workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems and AI agents within the real estate and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and maintain a secure, scalable n8n instance on Microsoft Azure, utilizing services like AKS, Azure App Services, or Docker containers.
- Design, build, and implement modular, reusable automation workflows using n8n to streamline cross-functional business processes.
- Develop and maintain advanced integrations with key enterprise systems including :
- Communication Platforms : Microsoft Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp Business API.
- CRM & ERP : Salesforce and SAP ERP (via BAPI, OData, or custom APIs).
- AI & Document Processing : OCR engines (Tesseract, Google Vision, Azure OCR) and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
- Build and optimize AI-driven automation use cases, such as :
- Invoice processing automation with OCR and validation.
- CRM lead qualification and auto-reply workflows.
- Virtual AI agents for internal ticketing and employee queries.
- Auto-segregation and filing of KYC and legal documents.
- Construction site update ingestion from WhatsApp.
- Enable real-time data flows using webhooks, polling triggers, and custom logic with JavaScript / Python.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize workflows using n8n's execution logs and community resources.
- Apply modular design principles, ensure comprehensive documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Implement security best practices using Azure Key Vault, environment variables, and role-based access controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with n8n, including production deployment and complex workflow development.Proven experience with Azure cloud services (App Service, VMs, Key Vault, monitoring tools).Deep understanding of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, Webhooks, and JSON / XML data handling.Experience integrating OCR tools into automation pipelines for document processing.Familiarity with integrating AI / LLM APIs for text-based tasks like summarization and processing.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business API, and other enterprise communication tools.Knowledge of automating workflows within Salesforce and SAP ERP systems.Proficiency in a scripting language such as JavaScript or Python for extending n8n's capabilities.Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities across various departments.Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industries.Exposure to automation challenges in site operations, procurement, finance, or CRM.Experience creating custom n8n nodes or deploying community-built plugins.Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) and their comparison to n8n.
