Job Description : Kotlin Developer

To join our expanding team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Kotlin Developer with PostgreSQL experience. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in the fundamentals of backend development and have a track record of developing scalable, high-quality applications. They will collaborate closely with our engineering team to create outstanding products that satisfy our users' expectations as they design, implement, and manage our Kotlin-based backend services.

Technology stack : Kotlin , Java 17

JUnit, Spring Web, Spring Boot, and Spring Core

PostgreSQL

Gradle, Git

AWS

Being familiar with Docker and Angular will be beneficial.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Kotlin and Spring Boot

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Work with PostgreSQL databases to store and retrieve data

Optimize database performance and scalability

Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement new features

Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Stay up-to-date with the latest Kotlin and Spring Boot technologies

Qualifications :

3 -8 years of experience developing Kotlin applications

Strong understanding of Spring Boot and its ecosystem

Experience with PostgreSQL databases

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
