Job Responsibilities : -

Manage overall project schedules, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating effectively with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.

Liaise regularly with clients as the primary point of contact for content-related projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

Develop, review, edit, and proofread content as needed, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and client expectations.

Establish and maintain standardized workflows for content creation, client reviews, approvals, and delivery processes.

Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement feedback loops to improve efficiency and quality of output.

Balance workload distribution across internal resources and external vendors to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.

Track and monitor key performance metrics such as turnaround times, revision cycles, and approval timelines for continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Skill Requirements :

Graduate / Post Graduate in English (Hons), Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.

Strong expertise in content strategy, SEO practices, content writing, and editing.

Proficiency in vendor management, agency / freelancer coordination, and client handling.

Ability to manage content operations, project scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and client servicing skills.

Prior experience in an advertising agency, content agency, or account management role is preferred.
