About the Role :
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on PMO professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of project management frameworks and governance structures. This role will oversee enterprise-wide portfolio and program management, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient resource utilization. You'll partner closely with senior leadership, delivering insights and driving decision-making across complex initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools and a passion for digital transformation are key to success in this role.
PMO Strategy & Governance
- Design, implement, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to organizational needs.
- Establish and maintain governance structures for project oversight, risk management, and compliance.
- Develop and standardize project documentation using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
Portfolio & Program Management
Lead the management of the enterprise-wide project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.Track and report on project performance, including budgets, timelines, milestones, and resource utilization.Facilitate prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with senior leadership to ensure project goals are aligned with business strategy and outcomes.Act as the central point of contact for project-related communications across departments and leadership levels.Deliver regular executive-level updates, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.Tools & Technology
Implement, manage, and optimize project management tools and systems to support efficient delivery.Demonstrate working knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO);experience preferred.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting through dashboards and analytics.Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives within the PMO and internal systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field (master’s preferred).Overall Exp 3-6 years, 3+ years of Exp in a PMO role.Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile / waterfall methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).Preferred Attributes :
