Type : Full-Time, In-Office (Remote / Work-from-home strictly not allowed except occasional valid reasons)

Salary : No Bar for the Right Candidate

About the Role

We are looking for a People Experience (HR) Manager who can drive innovation, culture, and employee experience at Virtuos / Indic Digital. As we are growing at 2X year-on-year and aiming for 10X growth in the next three years , we need a leader who can double our workforce annually while maintaining a vibrant, high-performance, and innovative culture.

This role is not just about HR — it’s about creating a culture powerhouse where employees thrive, innovate, and grow.

Qualifications

• Graduate with MBA (HR specialization compulsory) from a well-known university.
• Strong academic foundation in HR leadership, organization behavior, and people management.
• 5–10 years of experience in progressive HR roles.
• Prior IT / Software / Services industry recruitment experience is essential.
