Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, plan production schedules, ensure the quality and efficiency of production processes, and manage resources to meet production goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Production and manufacturing expertise, including knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and resource management.
• Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise production staff and foster collaboration across departments.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Proficiency in quality control and compliance with safety standards within manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the auto components or machinery manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
