About the Role

We’re looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in

US Mortgage Foreclosure and Bankruptcy

processes. This role requires end-to-end foreclosure management experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership :

Lead and motivate a foreclosure team to meet quality and productivity standards.

Manage team performance, provide feedback, and support career development.

Promote a positive work environment that encourages retention and teamwork.

Handle people-related matters in coordination with HR and management.

Operations :

Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all KPIs are met.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS / MBR / QBR reports.

Handle client interactions and escalations professionally.

Identify and resolve operational and technical issues promptly.

Conduct regular quality checks, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Mentor and guide foreclosure associates to improve process efficiency.

Continuous Improvement :

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and customer experience.

Conduct appraisals, provide structured feedback, and document performance outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

2–10 years of experience in

BPO / US Mortgage – Foreclosure domain

Minimum 2 years of

team handling experience

Strong knowledge of

US Mortgage Foreclosure and Bankruptcy

processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal, time management, and planning skills.

Proficient in

MS Office

applications.

Flexible to work in different shifts.
