Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Job Title at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts located in Jaipur. The Job Title will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Additional tasks may include handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining the high standards of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

  • Experience in hospitality management and guest services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the luxury hotel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
