This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one role working directly with the Founder / Leadership team to turn ideas into execution. The person will act as a force multiplier to the Founder and Leadership Team- driving key projects, building new business lines, and fixing critical problems across product, growth, and operatio ns. The role is ideal for someone who wants to deeply understand how a startup is built and scaled from the inside.
Key responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Founder / Leadership Team to translate vision and hypotheses into clear roadmaps, experiments, and execution plans for new bets and growth initiatives.
- Own zero-to-one projects end-to-end : problem definition, market / user research, solution design, execution, and post-launch iteration.
- Drive cross-functional projects across product, content, marketing, sales, partnerships, and ops - ensuring alignment, velocity, and outcomes, not just outputs.-
- Set up and track core metrics for new initiatives; build simple dashboards / reviews so the Founder can make fast decisions .
- Support Strategic partnerships and key external meetings with research, decks, numbers, and follow-ups.
- Run "special projects" that don't have a clear owner yet - from GTM experiments to process fixing to new revenue pilots.
- Create leverage for the Founder : prep for essential meetings, document decisions, follow through on action items, and ensure nothing critical slips.
- Build lightweight processes, templates, and operating rituals as we move from chaos to a repeatable, scalable way of working.
Ideal profile
3-6 years of experience in high-intensity environments - early-stage startups, founder's office / chief-of-staff, consulting, VC, product / growth, or similar roles.Strong problem-solving and structured thinking; comfortable moving from vague problem statements to concrete actions.Very high ownership, bias for action, and ability to "figure it out" without hand-holding.High agency : comfortable with ambiguity, tight timelines, and switching contexts.Excellent written and verbal communication; can simplify complexity for different stakeholders.Comfortable switching contexts quickly - strategy in the morning, ops firefight in the afternoon, data deep-dive in the evening.Data- and experiment-driven mindset; experience with basic analytics tools / SQL / Sheets is a plus.Genuine interest in startups, zero-to-one building, and growth - wants to be close to the Founder / Leadership Team and learn how to build an enduring business.What this role offers :
