Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong Controlling (CO) and Financial Accounting (FI) expertise, ideally from a professional accounting background (CA / ICWA). The role involves leading Profit Center and Cost Center restructuring in an SAP S / 4HANA 2023 environment, driving reporting alignment, financial integrity, and data migration readiness. The consultant will also design and deliver robust FI solutions across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR) processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Profit Center and Cost Center restructuring initiative, including design, validation, and execution in S / 4HANA 2023.

Conduct impact analysis across FI, CO, COPA, and Group Reporting to ensure seamless financial integration.

Define the TO-BE structure aligned with management reporting, legal consolidation, and business requirements.

Plan and execute cutover activities, including data mapping, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation.

Leverage S / 4HANA 2023 migration and transformation tools, including :

o SAP Migration Cockpit

o Migration Object Modeler

o SAP Fiori-based Migration and Validation Apps

o Data Transition Framework (DTF)

o SAP Readiness Check & Custom Code Migration App

Design and deliver standard / custom SAP FI solutions across :

o Accounts Payable (AP) Vendor management, payment automation, and GR / IR reconciliation

o Accounts Receivable (AR) Customer invoicing, dunning, and collection processes

o Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR) Matching logic, automation, and error resolution

o Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP / Basis) and master data functions to ensure end-to-end consistency.

o Drive Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing, ensuring complete coverage of CO and FI processes.

o Validate financial statements, P&L, and balance sheet reports post restructuring and migration.

o Support post-go-live hypercare, troubleshooting, and stabilization activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

4-7 years of experience as an SAP FICO functional consultant with specialization in CO and FI.

Strong domain background in Accounting or Cost Management - CA or ICWA preferred.

Proven track record in Profit Center / Cost Center restructuring or organization model realignment projects.

Hands-on experience in AR, AP, and Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR) setup and automation.

Sound understanding of FI-CO integration, cost allocations, internal orders, and financial close processes.

Experience with cutover planning, data migration, and validation using S / 4HANA 2023 tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Implementation or support experience on SAP S / 4HANA 2023 or higher.

Exposure to Group Reporting, Fiori analytical apps, and MDG-F / MDG-C.

SAP Certification in FI or CO modules is an advantage.
