Job Description : Workday Training Content Developer (Financials)

Location : Offshore – India

Contract Duration : 6+ Months

Work Hours : 40 hrs / week (USA EST Time)

Salary : ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Training Content Developer (Financials) to support Deloitte and Clemson University on a large-scale Workday implementation. The consultant will be responsible exclusively for developing training materials —not delivering training. Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of Workday Financials and prior experience creating high-quality learning content for higher education clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized Workday Financials training materials for Clemson University.
• Create Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials using PowerPoint.
• Build Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) that clearly outline Workday Financials processes.
• Produce video-based training content, including screen recordings and process walkthroughs.
• Work closely with SMEs and project teams to ensure training aligns with system design and business processes.
• Maintain consistency across all training artifacts, ensuring branding, terminology, and formatting standards are met.
• Support review cycles and incorporate feedback into training deliverables.
