📌 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 : 5+ years in industrial / B2B sales (Sales / Marketing background with Electrical technical understanding preferred)

💼 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 : Full-time

🔧 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

🔺 Lead and manage sales operations across the Mumbai region of India

🔺 Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with industrial clients

🔺 Build strong and lasting customer relationships through technical and commercial discussions

🔺 Oversee the branch’s sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals

🔺 Coordinate closely with technical, project, and service teams for project execution and after-sales support

🔺 Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor performance to guide business decisions

🔺 Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and quotations

🔺 Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance performance and customer satisfaction

✅ 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 :

🔺 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical with Sales, Marketing, or Business, with working experience

🔺 Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial / B2B or project-based sales

🔺 Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

🔺 Ability to understand and explain technical solutions effectively to

customers

🔺 Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software
