Job Description : Key Responsibilities
- Own International Revenue Targets : Drive sales to U.S. and other global markets, with direct responsibility for achieving multi-million-dollar annual sales goals.
- Hands-On Closures : Personally lead and close large enterprise deals, managing the full sales cycle from lead to contract.
- Market Development : Build and execute go-to-market strategies for key verticals — real estate, logistics, retail, and universities.
- Team Building : Hire, train, and manage a high-performing international sales team based in India.
- Client Engagement : Travel multiple times a year to the U.S. and other regions for customer meetings / closure and trade shows.
- Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth execution and customer success.
Requirements
Proven Track Record : At least 10+ years of international B2B sales experience, including consistent achievement of $5M–$10M+ annual sales quotas.U.S. Market Experience : Must have direct experience selling to U.S. clients, with deep understanding of American business culture and enterprise decision cycles.Industry Background : Experience selling technology products or services in real estate, logistics, retail, or related industries strongly preferred.Hands-On Sales Leader : Not just a manager—must be able to independently develop relationships and close deals.Leadership : Prior experience building and managing international / remote sales teams.Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel internationally (primarily to the U.S.) multiple times a year.Communication : Excellent written and spoken English, with strong executive-level presentation and negotiation skills.Preferred Experience (Added Advantage)
Candidates who have lived and worked in the U.S. for at least 10 years in sales roles.Prior experience in industries such as real estate, logistics, retail, or universities.Background in selling hardware or hardware-plus-software solutions, not just pure software.Demonstrated ability to build or manage a partner network in the U.S.Skills Required
