🏗️ Industry : Heavy Equipment Operation

🔍 We are seeking an experienced Crane / WHE Operator for a client's project based in the Caribbean. The role involves operating various cranes and heavy equipment to support logistics, construction, and maintenance operations on-site.

🧰 REQUIREMENTS – MANDATORY

✅ Valid Driver’s License

✅ Prior Crane Operation Experience

✅ Ability to obtain certifications upon arrival

✅ Willingness to obtain all PWS certifications within 180 days of arrival

🧭 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔧 Operate mobile cranes and heavy equipment safely and efficiently

📊 Interpret load charts and plan lifts considering weather and capacity

🛠️ Conduct daily safety inspections and preventative maintenance

👷 Inspect worksite conditions prior to crane setup

📦 Hoist, position, and transport materials including machinery and construction equipment

🛡️ Ensure compliance with safety and vehicle operation standards

📝 Maintain accurate vehicle logs and update digital or manual work orders

🔧 Report defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately

📦 Plan and secure materials and equipment during transport

🧽 Perform general site housekeeping and support team tasks as needed

📅 Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, early or late shifts; overtime may be required
