Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, paid ads).
• Create high-quality designs for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaigns, and offline creatives.
• Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
• Develop visual identities, packaging designs, and digital assets that align with Winston’s premium positioning.
• Manage end-to-end design execution — from concept sketches to final deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain a consistent design language.
• Stay updated with design trends, typography, and motion graphics to keep Winston’s content fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to deliver polished campaign outputs.
• Ensure all creatives meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Support in designing for events, product launches, and influencer campaigns.
