Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Karnal. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and offering financial advice and solutions to meet clients' needs. Duties include managing client portfolios, coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for handling client queries, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Customer service and client relationship management experience
• Knowledge of banking and financial services industry
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in using financial software and CRM tools
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role in the financial industry is a plus.
