Requirements :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience7–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead roleStrong experience with Windows and Mac operating systemsProven track record managing IT projects from planning through implementationDeep knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud infrastructureExperience with firewalls, switches, routers, and network architectureRMM and PSA platform experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications :
