Job Title : Windows Admin

Experience Required : 2-5 years

Location : Chennai

• Install, Configure, Manage, Support, and Maintain Windows installed systems
• Ensure security hardening of Windows systems
• Ensure security of systems and data
• Manage system backups, restore, and recovery
• Manage user accounts, groups, and services
• Manage and maintain storage provisioned for Windows systems
• Work with users to resolve account / system issues
• Provide support on all Windows applications
• Provide support to users on basic and advanced server related tasks
• Assist with Windows server administration tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Help troubleshoot problems with Windows servers, running various versions of Windows
• Engage in continuous testing of new Windows versions and applications on an on-demand basis
• Perform change control
• Assist with user management, such as creating accounts for new hires and training seasoned professionals on company policies
• Help automate server maintenance, patching including running scripts and automated processes
• Maintain server uptime and network performance
• Assist with server documentation
• Maintain server security
