We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our HR team at SabPaisa (SRS Live Technologies)!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage hiring processes from identifying requirements to sourcing, assessing, and finalizing candidates for various roles across departments.
  • Manpower Planning : Collaborate with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and plan effective recruitment actions.
  • Talent Branding : Promote our organization as an employer of choice through creative campaigns, employee stories, and engaging online presence.
  • Data & Reporting : Keep recruitment data updated and generate useful insights using HR systems or ATS tools.
  • Agency Coordination : Work closely with external hiring partners and consultants to support niche or high-volume hiring.
  • Market Research : Monitor hiring trends, pay scales, and best practices to stay competitive and improve recruitment effectiveness.

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment.
  • Strong command of sourcing tools (, Naukri etc.) and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

    Experience : 3+ years in a similar role

    Job Type : Full Time, On Site

    Office Timing : 10 : 00 am to 06 : 00 pm
