Role & Responsibilities
Business Sourcing
- Source business through open market and outbound sales activities.
- Acquire quality new CASA accounts for Resident and Non-Resident customers via catchment working, cold calls, referrals, and internal databases.
- Strive to maximize values in accounts opened independently.
- Meet defined productivity norms for self-sourcing.
Lead Fulfillment
Assist in fulfilling CASA leads generated by other verticals.Ensure adherence to TAT guidelines to meet customer commitments.Cross-Sales
Generate cross-sales of key products including FD, RD, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Consumer Durables.Business Hygiene & Value Enhancement
Manage welcome kits appropriately; ensure proper recording and custody.Ensure right sourcing of customers.Enhance account value through regular contact with customers.Contribute actively to the overall objectives of the branch.Skills Required
