JOB DESCRIPTION :

Strong Programming Background in : IBM iSeries (AS400) CLLE, RPGLE & SQLRPGLE.

Good knowledge on Stored procedures, Webservices, File transfer methods such as MQs / IFS / SFTPs.

Must have Retail & Wholesale functional knowledge

Excellent skill in DB2 400 / SQL400 / query language and debugging

Experience in change management tools such as ALDON.

Incident management, MSGW handling, Debugging, Root cause analysis, SLA management.

Should have the knowledge of writing complex queries.

Support users in timely manner.

Knowledge to come up with test scenarios and create high quality documentation.

Must have strong team and interpersonal skill and the ability to multi task and work with deadlines.

Adept at delivering high quality software documentation with high attention to detail required.

High customer orientation and quality awareness.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have Knowledge on JDA MMS and ESB Web methods
