Hi,We are hiring -Executive – CAD Designer (Furniture Industry)Location : Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, DelhiExperience : 1–6 yearsSalary : ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month (in-hand)Working Days : 6 days / weekReporting to : Design ManagerDepartment : DesignIndustry : Furniture✨ Key ResponsibilitiesTender Support & CollaborationWork with sales team to understand tender requirements and suggest design solutions.Ensure compliance and maximize scoring while maintaining profit margins.Design DevelopmentCreate layouts, workstation grids, and floor plans using AutoCAD / Pytha.Validate site measurements and coordinate with architects / PMCs.BOQ & QuotationPrepare bill of quantities and rate cards.Suggest cost-effective alternatives to meet budget.Tender SubmissionCompile and submit complete tender documents (drawings, BOQ, certificates).Track clarifications and prepare presentation boards.Presentation & Mock-upsCreate 3D renders and client-ready PowerPoint decks.Documentation & ReportingMaintain organized archives of drawings and quotations.Submit design packages within 24 hours of client sign-off.Share weekly / monthly reports with leadership.Cross-Team CoordinationLiaise with engineering, factory, logistics, and installation teams.Client Interaction & Site VisitsVisit client sites with sales team to take measurements and understand requirements.Product & Finish SelectionPresent finishes and materials aligned with client branding.Offer alternatives based on budget and timelines.Order ProcessingConvert final BOQ into internal orders and submit within 24 hours.Qualifications & SkillsEducation : Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial DesignExperience : 2–4 years in commercial interiors or workspace designTools : AutoCAD, Pytha, SolidWorks, MS PowerPoint & Excel; basic CRM / ERP knowledgeKnowledge : Office furniture standardsRegards,Neha - Please don't call on any office number.
