Our scope includes unique gift boxes, curated gift collections, wood sculpting, fully custom brass designs , and creative promotional campaigns. We are looking for a passionate and imaginative designer to join our team and bring our gifting concepts to life.Role : Creative DesignerAs a Creative Designer at Unwrap, you will be responsible for shaping the brand’s creative identity through visual storytelling, product design, and packaging innovation . You’ll work across physical and digital mediums — from designing social media creatives to crafting one-of-a-kind gift pieces in collaboration with artisans.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design unique gift boxes, curated gift experiences, and premium packaging .Create creative social media visuals, campaigns, and digital promotional content to showcase products.Collaborate with craftsmen to bring ideas to life in wood sculpting, brass design, and other custom material explorations .Develop 3D models, mockups, and prototypes for product and packaging concepts.Research trends in luxury gifting, design, and materials to inspire innovative collections.Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency across all channels.Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA) , Design, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).Proven 3 to 4 years experience in graphic design, product design, or creative direction (experience in gifting, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a plus).Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, product / packaging designs, and 3D modeling skills .Proficiency in design software : Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Blender / 3DS Max / Rhino (for 3D modeling), or equivalent.Experience with craft-based design (wood, metal, brass, etc.) is highly desirable.Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and material play .Ability to think out-of-the-box and translate abstract ideas into tangible designs.What We OfferA chance to shape the creative DNA of an innovative gifting brand.Exposure to multi-disciplinary design projects (digital, packaging, product, artisanal).Collaborative and creative work culture.Opportunities to experiment with new materials, techniques, and art forms .
