Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the sales floor, and ensure that the store meets its performance objectives. Additional tasks include maintaining optimal stock levels, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The Store Manager will also lead and coordinate team members to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication

Experience or expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention

Ability to lead, manage, and train a team to meet operational goals

Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills

Knowledge of retail performance metrics and store management software is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
