Qualifications And Skills

• Store sales is a mandatory skill for this role, requiring proactive engagement with customers to achieve sales targets. (Mandatory skill)
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
• Basic sales techniques to approach, greet, and convert walk-in visitors into satisfied customers, even for those with no retail experience.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and diverse customer segments in a retail environment.
• Essential retail sales knowledge, such as handling queries, suggesting suitable products, and smooth checkout processes.
• Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge, including new launches, toy specifications, features, and related sales pitches.
• Basic inventory management such as checking stock, updating records, and reporting discrepancies to maintain store availability.
• Willingness to assist with visual merchandising, organizing attractive product displays, and maintaining in-store aesthetics to enhance the customer experience.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable toys and products, providing engaging demonstrations and recommending appropriate options based on their needs.
• Deliver an interactive and fun shopping experience, engaging children and families through lively product presentations and storytelling.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and store promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory, ensuring timely restocking and correct arrangement of merchandise on shelves.
• Support the team in organizing attractive and themed visual displays, promoting new arrivals, and ensuring the store always looks inviting.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns politely and efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety compliance norms to ensure a positive, secure, and welcoming retail environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless store operations and actively participate in special events or promotional activities hosted in-store.
