Support incident, change, and problem management activities. Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure policy compliance. Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies. Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments. Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Bash. Solid troubleshooting, monitoring, and communication skills. Ability to manage infrastructure provisioning, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
