Job Description

Designation : Associate / Senior Associate – Finance and Accounts

Experience : 0 – 2 years

Educational Background : Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Location : Allianz Services, Technopark Phase III, Trivandrum

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Prior experience in Finance domain preferably Accounts receivable
  • Customer Financial Interactions : Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer accounts, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Collections Management : Proactively contact customers for overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and collaborate with the collections team for effective debt recovery.
  • Account Reconciliation : Conduct detailed account reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and work towards resolution.
  • Financial Consultation : Provide financial advice and information to customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, statements, and account details.
  • Data Accuracy : Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaboration with Finance Teams : Work closely with internal finance teams to relay customer insights and assist in resolving financial discrepancies.

  • Educational Background : Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience : [0 to 2] years of experience in voice-based customer service, collections, and financial management.
  • Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and financial statement analysis.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts in an understandable manner.
