About the Company :

M. P. Chitale & Co. is a 78-year-old CA firm with 15 partners, operating from 3 offices in Mumbai and 2 offices in Pune. The firm specializes in providing quality assurance services to leading financial sector intermediaries, including broking firms, mutual funds, portfolio managers, alternate investment funds, and insurance companies .

Joining us as an Articled Assistant offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Audit Managers on statutory audits of large broking firms and listed entities . If you are aspiring for a career in financial services, this role provides a strong foundation and exposure to diverse financial intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist Audit Managers in conducting statutory audits of broking firms and listed companies.
Gain practical exposure to various financial intermediaries and industry practices.
Work on audit documentation, compliance checks, and report preparation.
Develop technical skills in auditing and financial analysis while working in a team environment.

Eligibility & Skills :

As per ICAI guidelines – must have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate .

Completed ITT and OC training .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (added advantage).
