QA Engineer – Trackk (Mumbai | Full-time | In-office)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a QA Engineer who is strong in API testing and manual testing , with prior experience working on consumer-facing mobile applications . This role focuses on validating end-to-end user journeys, backend responses, system reliability, and release stability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and execute test cases for web + mobile apps
• Perform API testing using Postman / Swagger , validating payloads, auth flows, responses
• Conduct manual testing across functional, UI / UX, regression, smoke, and integration flows
• Own QA cycles across staging & production releases
• Work closely with backend developers to debug through logs & payload traces
• Validate real-time flows like onboarding, login, user actions, notifications, payments, etc.
• Maintain test documentation and defect lifecycle on Jira
• Collaborate with product & engineering to ensure releases go live bug-free
• Perform post-release monitoring and production checks
