For those wishing to launch a career in digital marketing and make a significant effect in a fast-paced setting, this is an exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities : - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.- Support the creation and optimization of landing pages and conversion funnels to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and cohesion in campaign execution and messaging- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation- Assist in the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.- Analyzing campaign data and metrics to optimize campaigns and drive performance improvements.Requirements : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for digital marketing and performance-driven strategies- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools is preferred
