Financial Operations Manager

Job Overview :

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Financial Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, including strategic financial planning , cash flow management , analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities :

Developing and managing financial reports, budgets, and financial models

Collaborating with external partners to meet capital requirements

Supporting the company's expansion plans in retail, EBOs, and contract manufacturing works

Qualifications :

Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements

Strong analytical skills and overall finance knowledge

Excellent decision-making and leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setup

Experience in retail or similar industries is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
