A leading global Industrial gearbox manufacturer is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to oversee full operations of its Chennai plant. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient plant performance.
• Develop and implement production schedules and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations .
• Manage and optimize plant budgets, manpower, and material resources .
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and technical staff to achieve operational goals.
• Uphold high standards in quality control, production output, and maintenance .
• Collaborate with global and regional offices to ensure seamless coordination.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet business objective
