Job description

We're www.bitqit.com, and we're growing fast 🚀. We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive who's sold SaaS in international markets and knows how to take a lead from "Hi there" to "Let's do this!"

🌍 What you'll be doing :

  • Own the full sales funnel - outreach → demo → close → upsell 💼
  • Talk to international clients (mainly US, UK, etc.)
  • Send those smart emails, book calls, and run high-converting demos
  • Manage accounts post-sale and keep the client relationship strong
  • Share feedback with the product and marketing teams so we can all get better
  • Track your numbers (yes, we care about results)

✅ What we're looking for :

  • 3-4 years of SaaS sales experience in international markets 🌎
  • You know how to hit your targets—and ideally beat them
  • Great at communicating in English (calls, emails, and Zooms)
  • You've managed client accounts before (not just closed and forgotten)
  • Comfortable working independently and owning your pipeline
  • Experience in early-stage / startup SaaS companies = big plus
