We’re looking for a freelance CRO specialist to sharpen TinyPal’s conversion funnels. From first ad impression to subscription checkout, your job is to identify leaks, run experiments, and optimize flows that drive growth. You’ll play a direct role in helping parents choose TinyPal with confidence, by making their journey frictionless and compelling.
Responsibilities
- Audit end-to-end funnels : Meta ads → app store pages → onboarding → subscription screens.
- Develop hypotheses and run A / B or multivariate tests across landing pages, paywalls, and referral loops.
- Improve copy, CTAs, and visuals for higher conversion rates in both app and campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior using Mixpanel, GA4, Hotjar, or similar to identify drop-offs.
- Collaborate with TinyPal’s growth, design, and content teams to execute and scale winning variations.
- Share insights and frameworks that make our funnels predictable and repeatable.
Requirements
Proven track record in CRO with measurable results, preferably in consumer apps or subscription products.Strong grasp of app funnels (installs, onboarding, paywalls, trial → paid conversion).Experience with A / B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Firebase Experiments, etc.).Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).Ability to design and communicate CRO strategies that balance psychology with performance.Freelance / consulting orientation with ability to deliver weekly outputs.Nice to Have
Experience with parenting, edtech, or child-focused consumer apps.Growth hacking mindset — ability to find low-cost, high-impact conversion levers.UX copywriting or landing page design experience.Engagement
