Reports To : HRIS Lead / Payroll Manager / SAP Program Manager

Role Description

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. You’ll ensure compliance with local and global payroll regulations, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and support seamless payroll operations across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Payroll Control Center (PCC) and pre-payroll validations.
• Experience with Employee Central integration and replication to payroll systems.
• Familiarity with country-specific payroll schemas and statutory requirements.
• Ability to work with third-party vendors for outsourced payroll.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• SAP certification in Employee Central Payroll is a plus.
