Job description3–6 years of experience as a Veeva Quality Admin (QualityDocs, QMS, LMS). Strong understanding of GxP, Quality Management, and Document Control processes . Hands-on experience in user administration, workflows, and configuration . Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-regional support.
Role Overview :
We are seeking experienced Veeva Quality Administrators to support and maintain Veeva Quality Docs, LMS, and QMS workflows . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system operation, configuration, and end-user support across global teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain Veeva Quality Suite (QualityDocs, QMS, and LMS modules).
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
- Support configuration, workflows, and metadata updates in alignment with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and resolve user issues promptly.
- Collaborate with QA, Training, and IT teams to ensure compliance and system integrity.
- Support validation, change control, and periodic audits.
