We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager who can drive lead generation, qualify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals for our IT services vertical. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling web / mobile development services, SaaS solutions, and digital marketing.
This role requires strong communication, consultative selling skills, and proven experience working with international clients (US / UK / Canada / Australia).
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email outreach, digital prospecting, and networking databases.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns based on Ditinus’ service offerings.
- Engage with decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, CEOs, Marketing Heads, Product Owners).
2. Sales Pipeline Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, proposals, and deal stages in CRM tools.Prioritize high-value leads and ensure consistent pipeline movement.3. Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements for services such as :Web & Mobile App DevelopmentCustom Software DevelopmentUI / UX DesignDigital Marketing (SEO, PPC)Dedicated Developer HiringPresent tailored solutions, capabilities, and case studies to clients.Work closely with technical teams to prepare estimates, project scopes, and proposals.4. Target Achievement
Meet monthly / quarterly revenue targets and KPIs aligned with company goals.Upsell / cross-sell additional services to existing clients for long-term business growth.5. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the Delivery, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the Tech / Project team.Prepare weekly performance reports including leads generated, conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue progress.Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of IT services, SDLC, mobile app / web technologies, and digital marketing.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Strong experience with CRM tools, lead research tools, email automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Proven track record of hitting sales targets and bringing new business.Consultative selling approach with strong requirement analysis skills.Ability to create proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.Understanding of global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE preferred).Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.Experience selling to international clients.Experience with Upwork / agency sales will be an added advantage.Familiarity with software development basics and technical terminology.
