Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohtak for the role of Area Collections Manager. The Area Collections Manager will oversee the management and recovery of overdue loan amounts within the assigned area. Responsibilities include planning and implementing collection strategies, coordinating with team members to achieve recovery targets, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role requires the ability to monitor delinquent accounts, prepare reports on collection activities, and maintain positive customer relationships while addressing repayment concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Planning, Organization, and Team Leadership to manage collection efforts effectively.
• Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication skills to handle overdue accounts and engage constructively with customers.
• Analytical and Reporting skills for preparing insights on area collection metrics and performance.
• Knowledge of Banking, Loan Recovery Practices, and Legal / Regulatory Compliance related to collections.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in collections management, credit analysis, or a similar role is an advantage.
