(Immediate Start) Business Development Executive

We’re hiring a Business Development / Sales Executive at Platestory (Anna Nagar, Chennai).

CTC (Base + Incentive + Benefits) : ₹3.5L–₹5.4L

(Base : ₹2.4L–₹3.6L; strong growth path)

Shifts : Morning & Evening (rotational)

You’ll do :

• Convert inbound enquiries into delighted, paying customers
• Drive outbound : prospect and follow up via calls / WhatsApp / DMs, local outreach, and partner tie-ups (corporates, planners, housing communities)
• Guide clients on flavours, designs, and budgets for custom cakes
• Manage store walk-ins, follow-ups, and daily sales targets
• Coordinate smooth production & on-time deliveries with ops
