Summary Of The Manager, Engineering :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to lead our product development team in India.

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our Web-based EHR system.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including .NET Developers, Database Developers, QA, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, Agile / Scrum methodologies, and web.

Responsibilities For The Manager, Engineering :

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of full stack developers in Agile / Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Drive the software development process from planning, design, and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure that the team follows best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the US-based teams to align development efforts with the overall company strategy and vision.
• Perform people management duties, and provide mentorship that encourages the culture of continuous learning.
