Job Title : Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary Range : ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with potential clients.
• Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
• Utilize Bulk SMS tools and other digital platforms for business outreach and promotions.
• Source candidates and manage recruitment drives via Shine.com and other job portals when required for team expansion.

Required Skills :

Qualification :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management preferred.

Work Mode : Full-time (Office-based, Goregaon)
