Role Summary : Are you a Db2 Developer with a passion for performance tuning, database migrations, and automation? Join our dynamic team and work on cutting-edge projects involving cloud migrations, CDC, and OpenShift deployments.

What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking experienced professionals with 6 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in :

• ✅ Strong Db2 development skills
• ✅ Database migrations into Db2 (from Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• ✅ SQL query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, and views
• ✅ Performance tuning and troubleshooting
• ✅ Linux scripting or automation tools
• ✅ Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) concepts
• ✅ Exposure to OpenShift and containerized environments
• ✅ Designing or migrating to Lakehouse architectures

Nice to Have :

Experience with Q Replication (QREP)

Knowledge of Db2 pureScale and clustering

Familiarity with other RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) for migration projects
