Oracle EBS Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Payroll consultant to provide functional expertise in the HRMS module, including HRMS & Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EBS Payroll and be able to lead and manage payroll tracks effectively.

This role demands a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Payroll and its various modules to manage and optimize payroll processes effectively.

  • Provide technical support and guidance on Oracle EBS Payroll implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement benefits solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Payroll / benefits-related issues.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Document business processes and system configurations.

Key qualifications include :

  • 9+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.
  • Proven experience with 2-3 support projects.
  • Proven experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Expertise in Payroll & Fast Formula.
  • Expertise in Payroll Data Model.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9.
  • Advanced proficiency in PL / SQL, SQL, and Oracle development tools such as Forms, Reports and BI Publisher (XML Publisher).
  • Familiarity with OA Framework (OAF) and personalization / customization of EBS modules.
  • Familiarity with Oracle APIs and interface tables for data conversions and integrations.
  • Experience with Unix / Linux shell scripting for automation and EBS-related tasks.
