Key Responsibilities

In charge of Posting voucher entries and creating Masters in the Tally software.

Assist in processing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and other financial statements

Manage vendor registration forms, purchase orders, and client contracts

Coordinate with clients to ensure collections and managing accounts receivable

Assist Senior accountants in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings

Prepare and submit weekly reports

Assist with review of Expenses, Employee Reimbursement, and Petty cash vouchers

Preparing Revenue Invoices and maintaining Revenue Tracker

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

Qualified B.com / M.com

Experience in data entry & book keeping using Tally

Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance

Preparing Reconciliation Statements

Preparing and Presenting Cheques for Clearance in Bank

Prior experience of 1-3 years is preferred
